Concrete Pro-Tect is a professional sealing treatment ideal for protecting and enhancing concrete surfaces. It blocks the absorption of water, oil, and food-based stains, making surfaces more resistant, easier to clean, and maintain. Its low sheen enhanching finish revives concrete without altering its color, and the water-based formula ensures fast, eco-friendly application—even on damp substrates. It prevents water from penetrating the surface, resists weather and UV rays, prevents cracks and surface degradation, and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. Main Benefits: - Protection against water, oil, and environmental elements - Low sheen finish that enhances surface appearance - Easy application and quick drying - Eco-friendly, low-VOC formula with UV resistance How to use it Surface Preparation: The concrete surface must be completely cured, structurally sound and clean before sealer application. Do not apply if standing water is visible. The sealer must be applied at temperatures between 10°C (50°F) and 30°C (86°F). Do not apply when the temperature is forecasted to fall below 10ºC (50ºF) or when rain is expected within 24 hours after application.Always test a small area with the product before application to confirm performance of the treatment on the material, the desired surface enhancement, coverage rate and application method. Application Instructions: Ready to use, no dilution necessary. Shake well before use. On a clean and dry surface, apply CONCRETE PRO-TECT uniformly using a large, flat paintbrush or lambswool applicator. Do not drip product on the surface, as it may cause uneven enhancement.Once the first coat has dried (after 4 hours), in case of absorbent surfaces, apply a second coat of the product using the same method. Clean tools with water immediately after use.The surface may be used for normal foot traffic after 8 hours.Full cure and maximum sealer protection is achieved in 24 hours.For indoor residential applications:When applying the product on indoor residential applications, a wax may be applied to change the finish of the surface and make daily maintenance easier.Use MATT for a matte effect and SATIN for a satin effect.For exteriors:The product should be applied annually to maintain the color enhancement in optimal condition.In case of smooth and polished surfaces, we recommend applying our high performance natural look sealer MP90 ECO XTREME (MP90 ECO PLUS).
