- This book is an adaptation of Shakespeare's play The Tempest designed for classroom performance. The goal of this edition is to preserve the integrity of the original text while shortening the performance time and making the material suitable for a middle school or high school classroom. (There are also smaller parts available for younger children from 1st to 5th grade.) Performance time should be between an hour and an hour and a half, and the cast should include from 25 to 35 students. Special thanks are given to all who made this adaptation possible!
