The diamond sharpening stone is made in the USA and double-sided to include 2 grits; fine (red side) and coarse (blue side). Select the grit you want and the angle you need, flip the stone according and insert it into the handle. When you are done, pull the stone out, turn it around and insert it into the handle for safe storage. With a convenient integrated bottle opener, it's the perfect multi-function tool to add to the kitchen drawer. Be sure that the stone is securely inserted into the handle before using the bottle opener feature. DoubleFlip will sharpen various types of kitchen knives, hunting/sport knives and scissors.
