Volume control at your fingertips Ever wish you had an easily accessible volume knob for your car stereo? No distracting hold-down buttons or smartphone arrows, but a physical control knob you can grab and turn to whatever volume you want without having to look away from the road. AudioControl's ACR-U universal wired remote level controller lets you adjust your stereo or subwoofer volume easily in almost any vehicle. The ACR-U is a line-level device with RCA inputs and outputs that connects between your receiver and amplifier. It doesn't boost power, but it does let you turn the volume down from full blast to off (0 to -97dB). 2-piece device The package includes the ACR-U Hub, which connects between your receiver or processor's RCA outputs and your amplifier's inputs. From the hub, the included 16-inch Cat5 cable runs to the ACR-U Remote, which you can mount anywhere you want, using its integrated brackets or without the case for a customized flush-mount installation. For longer runs, an optional 20-foot extension cable is available from AudioControl, or you can use any Cat5e cable up to 300 feet long for your installation. Warranty 5 years.
