The switch provides single positive bias and true TTL/CMOS compatibility. The switch integrates a 3:6 decoder, and just three control lines and a positive bias are required to select each one. HMC253AQS24E SP8T can replace SP4T and SPDT MMIC switches and multiple configurations of logic drivers.
