- Rain Bird CPROTTOOL Rotor Pull-Up Tool and Adjustment Screwdriver, Fits Most Geared Rotors. Easy-to-use, universal rotor pull-up and adjustment tool. Retracted geared rotor stems are really hard to pull up!! The Rotor Tool makes easy work of rotor stem pull-up while the thin, flat-bladed screwdriver slides easily into tight-fitting protective rubber rotor covers; to adjust distance and trajectory. The thin, flat blade also makes removal and replacement of rotor nozzles a simpler task. To pull-up a retracted rotor stem: insert T-shaped end into corresponding slot on top of geared rotor; turn “T” sideways to the slot; lift until stem is fully raised. Corrosion-resistant metal with a tough, green polymer handle that fits comfortably in your hand. Made small enough to conveniently store in a shirt or pants pocket between sprinkler adjustments. Compatible for use with a variety of rotors and lawn sprinklers from Rainbird and other brands. Specific Rain Bird rotor models include: CP3504PC, CP5004PC, 3500, 5000, 5000 Plus, 5500, Falcon 6504, 7005, 8005, EAGLE 351B, 32SA, 42SA+ and 52SA series. ***Take care when using the thin, flat blade to adjust pop-up sprinkler nozzles. The thin blade was engineered to easily slide through protective rubber rotor hoods and for easy-to-turn rotor screws. It’s not designed to resist the high torque required to break-free stubborn nozzle screws. For a “hard-to-turn” or rusted nozzle screw please switch to a hardened-steel screwdriver to prevent damage to the Rotor Tool. Dimensions: 3/4” wide x 5.5” long.
