This steel Block is used by Jeweler’s in fabricating parts and design work, metal working and crafts. Block is made of Carbon Steel, hardened 45-50HRC and grinded smooth on all surfaces (the hollow sphere as well) is Double sided with a smooth flat bottom surface. Hardened block should never be struck directly with a steel hammer - We recommend the use of a rubber block or pad under the block when working with it.
