This landmine bundle allows you to practice your cross-training routine anywhere you can find available weight plates. Constructed with heavy-gauge steel with 360-degree swivel technology, the landmine T-bar row platform allows a wide variety of exercises to be performed. It fits on all bars with a 1-inch or 2-inch sleeve diameter and is easy to install. Easily install this platform by attaching it to a 2” or 2.5” rack or bench or mount to the floor or wall (screws are not included). The straight t-row landmine handle fits on all 2-inch Olympic bars and is constructed of solid steel. The seamless tube sleeve slides onto any Olympic bar without scratching or damaging the bar, and the rubber coated handles offer a comfortable grip. Get a full body workout or target specific muscle groups with this set.
