The Cuisinart Instant Read Digital Thermometer is a simple and effective way to check in on the readiness of your grilled meats. This thermometer has a digital LCD display that reads internal meat temperatures instantly. The 5.5" probe is long enough to fit in any sized meat cut and the head flexes around for easy viewing. This thermometer comes with a battery and a probe cover so you are ready to go right away. Auto shut off after 15 seconds to save on battery life.
