Meth addict Raw Dog (Walker) and his friends hatch a plot to steal from their supplier but their plan doesn't go accordingly; recently remarried Richard (Dillon) comes across a wedding ring that belonged to his missing first wife and uses it as a lead to find out the truth about her disappearance; and struggling Elvis impersonator Ricky (Fraser) gets a chance at success but it will come at a price.
