The key feature of this tool is the size. Made of thick plastic, the card measures 85.90mm x 54.2mm, essentially the same size as a credit card, so it’s easy to tuck in your wallet or stash in with your jewelry making supplies. It’s also double-sided, maxing out the available space and providing you with even more useful details. The first side has a ruler across the top in inches. This provides details for wire thickness, such as gauges (in US and British incremements) and its equivalents in inches and millimeters, as well as visual examples of the thicknesses. Below are seed bead sizes and details how to measure 6/0, 8/0, 11/0 and 15/0 to find the size you need. Flip the card over and you have millimeter ruler across the top, as well as popular round bead sizes 2mm-16mm, as well as visual examples. This is a great way to determine the size of a bead or to decide if you need something larger or smaller for your project.
