Users can select from 12-hour (AM/PM) or 24-hour (military) time formats. The device also adjusts automatically for short months, leap years, and daylight saving time, ensuring consistent operation without manual input. A tamper-proof locking enclosure protects internal settings from unauthorized access. For best results, the time clock is designed to work exclusively with genuine Pyramid 5000R ink ribbons and 44100-10 bar-coded time cards, helping maintain long-term performance and accuracy. Additional features include multilingual printing options in English, Spanish, or French, and compatibility with Pyramid Bell Ringers and both analog and digital wall clocks to promote on-time employee behavior and workplace accountability.
