Sobre este producto
  • Terminal Blocks, header sockets and QWIIC/STEMMA QT I2C connectors eliminate the need for soldering for basic operation of this board
  • Easily add 8 more I/O or A/D channels to your project through I2C. On board solder-jumpers allow selection of 16 different addresses, and optional 2200 ohm bus pull-up resistors
  • Many support videos and extensive documentation available online. Firmware can be upgraded or customized using the preprogrammed I2C bootloader
  • Each pin runs a state machine that can be assigned a specific function such as Servo, Rotary Encoder, A/D conversion, UART Bridge, PID control, PWM Generation, Kepad decoding, Frequency output, button debouncing, pulse timing and much more
  • Use up to 16 boards on the same I2C Bus
  • 3.3V or 5V operation. 5V operation is possible while communicating on a 3.3V I2C bus, allowing mixed voltage circuits or analog inputs.
  • Power indicator LED

Conoce más detalles

The Serial Wombat 8B SW8B Velocity Board is an I2C peripheral that provides smart I/O expansion to solve common interfacing problems - ADC, PWM, Servo, GPIO, rotary encoder reading, Button Debouncing, I2C To UART and more. It has a separate microcontroller that can offload annoying or interrupt intensive I/O tasks from your main board. It's open-source firmware running on an inexpensive CH32V003 microcontroller. The hardware designs are open-source hardware. You don't program a Serial Wombat board. You command it in real time like any other I2C device using available Arduino, Python/MicroPython or C# libraries. This board requires no soldering and has convenient Screw Down Terminal Blocks, QWIIC / STEMMA QT I2C connectors and header sockets.
