Product Description: The Multi-Code model 306010 commonly known as the Multi-Code 3060 is a one-button mini key chain style radio control transmitter that works with all Multi-Code radio receivers used on garage door or gate openers that have 10 DIP on/off type code switches on the 300MHz frequency. Originally made under the name of Multi-Elmac this remote is now manufactured by Linear Corporation and is part number MSC306010 that controls one Multi-Code or compatible code switch type garage door opener or gate radio receiver on 300MHz with 10 DIP on/off type code switches. The Multi-Code 3060 keychain remote is a very popular remote used with automatic gate system for apartments and gated communities as well as older garage door openers. This is a brand new item that comes from the manufacturer as a dealer bulk purchase pack and are individually wrapped in a plastic bag (no box) and include Velcro strip, battery (installed) and programming instructions. PLEASE NOTE: Some of the later model Stanley garage door openers use the Multi-Code versions of remotes on 300MHz. Please check the back of your remote for the frequency that will be either 300 or 310. If your remote is 300 then this is the correct one for you. If your remote is 310 then you need to use the Stanley 1082 keychain remote. PLEASE NOTE: This remote is a Multi-Code brand name remote control and is not a universal type of remote.
