FOAM ROLLING, EVOLVED: The Stamina Evo Roller presents a new paradigm for foam rollers. Along with being a regular foam roller, the Evo Roller also includes adjustable EvoFocus points that attach onto the roller.
TARGET DEEP MUSCLE KNOTS: The EvoFocus Points are attachable geometric points (half the size of a lacrosse ball) that allow for ultra-precise targeting of deep muscle tissue. You can slide the EvoFocus Points along the built-in slot to make micro adjustments when needed. When you've found the desired location for the point, unique twist-and-lock technology allows you to lock it into place in the roller.
INCLUDES BRAKE STABILIZER: Place the included EvoFocus Stability Wedge behind the roller for the times you need additional stability, leverage and pressure control.
