To the dishonest Antis, a Human executive first contacted by the Mylin, it is unimaginably valuable and corrupting. Sandin, with the assistance of the lovely Mari and additional Human and Mylin allies, will fight against the violence of Human greed and the coming planetary upheaval. With limited time, they must deal with destabilizing quakes, the bold retrieval of stolen Oni, a Mylin traitor, and the unforgiving physical challenges Mars presents to everyday Human survival. Only by bringing the Mylin and Human races together, despite a growing and dangerous mistrust of each other, can they lead all to safety beyond the surface—before the next catastrophic planetary transformation.
