HANDMADE SOURDOUGH FLATBREAD CRACKERS: As far as we know, we make the only handmade sourdough flatbread anywhere. Our cracker is made with simple ingredients: flour, water, and salt. The dough rises slowly and ferments like bread. Each variety is specifically designed to complement cheese. THE PERFECT CHEESE PAIRING: Artisan cheese deserves artisan crackers. Since our debut in 2006 at the Fancy Food Show in San Francisco, our crackers have been sought after by artisan cheese enthusiasts everywhere as the perfect addition to cheese and charcuterie boards. ORGANIC INGREDIENTS: Our flatbread bites are made in our bakery in Sonoma County, north of San Francisco. We bake everything by hand using the best organic ingredients. To this day we use the same Sourdough starter our founder created in 2005.
