- Introducing the Hydra Alien Mini Master Kit Inspired by the design aesthetics of the Hydra Arm, this compact, shock-absorbing arm sets a new standard for lightweight car mounting systems. This miniature arm is compatible with smaller camera systems such as the DJI Action 3/4, DJI Pocket 3, Insta360 X4/X3, and any other system weighing up to 1.32 lbs, including smartphones when used with our Khronos Ecosystem. The Hydraulic Damping System utilizes automotive-grade oil imported from the U.S. for track-level performance and is easy for users to add additional oil if needed. Included with the kit is an extender arm, adjustable on both axes, allowing users to better position the arm for various configurations and vehicle placements. The Handlebar Mount for Hydra Alien Mini allows users to mount the Alien Mini Shock Absorbing Arm to bicycles, e-bikes, and motorcycles. This clamp-based accessory features a removable bushing to support handlebar diameters of 22.2 mm or 28.8 mm, enabling users to easily incorporate the Hydra Alien Mini onto vehicles that cannot accommodate a traditional suction cup. The Shock Absorbing Head is a tool designed to counteract micro-vibrations that can compromise image stability. This specialized accessory enhances the performance of the Alien Mini, ensuring smooth, professional-grade results even in challenging shooting conditions. The included Electronic Suction Cup features a battery-powered suction cup that monitors real-time pressure and automatically increases suction in the event of a leak. With a built-in 2000mAh battery, it can run continuously for over 14 hours under normal conditions. The battery also supports a 5V/1A USB-C external power supply input, allowing for longer uninterrupted shooting with additional power sources. Data is based on real-world testing by Tilta’s Lab, but actual battery life may decrease and vary due to numerous factors. NOTE: The Shock Absorbing Head is only compatible with the DJI Osmo Pocket 3.
