The knob is without a lock function but with a latch. It is typically used for closet or hallway doors. With ANSI Grade 3, the lock indicates that it has exceeded 200,000 cycles. This universal latch (the distance from the centre of the hole to the edge of the door): 2-3/8 in. or 2-3/4 in. (60 mm or 70 mm). Board thickness for doors that fit: 1-3/8 inches to 1-3/4 inches (35mm-45mm).
