- The Power Supply USB UART Module for CANADUINO Permanent Breadboards is the perfect accessory for your CANADUINO permanent breadboards. It is piggyback-soldered onto your breadboard and provides 5V and 3.3V to your CANADUINO Permanent Breadboard. The integrated USB Type-C connector enables programming and monitoring using the onboard CH340 USB UART chip. Input voltage 5V, 2.1A from standard USB charger. Output voltage 5V, 2A (max.), electronically protected. Output voltage 3.3V, 1A/0.6A (max./continuously), electronically protected. USB Type-C port for power supply and serial communication. CH340K USB-UART for programming and serial communication. Selectable RX/TX logic level (3.3/5V) and 50bps to 2Mbps transfer speed. DTR signal output can be used as reset signal for connected MCUs. To select the voltage, close the solder jumper for 3.3V or 5V on each of the 2 power rails. The same applies to RX/TX logic level selection - just close the jumper on the 3.3V or 5V side. The 2 LEDs indicating 3.3V and 5V can be activated by closing the LED jumper. Otherwise, the LEDs will stay turned off. Add a USB-C cable to your order. Download the latest WCH CH340 driver for your operating system (Windows, Linux, macOS) from the manufacturer website. Avoid downloading from random websites.
