The Anderic CHQ9051T-Wired wall control is for use with 3-speed fans. The Anderic CHQ9051T connects to the fan's receiver unit and allows for control operation. Your fan must have a receiver unit paired via the dip switches with the wall control. The Anderic CHQ9051T WIRED remote control replaces the original Hampton Bay and Harbor Breeze ceiling fan CHQ9051T equipment. This remote will work in place of a standard wall switch but requires a compatible receiver installed in the fan for proper use (UC7067FMRX). The fan must also have a reversing module for the Reverse key to work. Will replace the Emerson / harbor breeze / Hampton Bay UC9050T WIRED remote also. Ours has an additional button (Reverse). These remote controls: - FAN HIGH - FAN MED - FAN LOW - FAN OFF - LIGHT ON/OFF/DIMMING - REVERSE (If fan supports it)

Simply mount the remote control unit to your wall and follow the instructions to connect it to your ceiling fan. Works with 3-speed receivers such as the UC7058GM, UC7058RY, and UC7067FMRX.
