LIGHT/DIMMER button just controls the brightness of halogen and incandescent lamps, also compatible with some dimmable LED lights. This ceiling fan remote not have the Reverse Button, but it suitable for the ceiling fans which with reverse switch. It works well with the fans in the reverse state. Easy to Install 1. Setting the codes on the remote control and receiver NOTE: It is imperative that the code used for both transmitter and receiver is exactly the same, otherwise remote controller will not work. The default settings is 0000, and it is not recommended. 2. Installing receiver in ceiling fan WARNING: To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, remember to disconnect power. The electrical wiring must meet all local and national electrical code requirements. The electrical source and fan must be 110~120 volt, 60Hz. Do not use this product in conjunction with any variable wall control. Incorrect wire connection can damage this receiver. 3. Operating transmitter Install a 9V battery(NOT INCLUDE in the Package) in the remote, and you can control your fan now. Tips: Remote control's 4 DIP switches are in the battery compartment(they are kinda hidden behind the slot for the battery itself).
