- Following the release of a debut album, Comeback Cadillac, in 2008 and a critically applauded EP, Gutter Gaunt Gangster, in 2012, neo-Southern rock band the Weeks teamed up with producer and engineer Paul Moak at his studio in Nashville to further refine the band's take on what contemporary Southern rock should be in the 21st century. The result was Dear Bo Jackson, the Weeks' second full-length album (and the first for Kings of Leon's Serpents and Snakes record label), an inspired mix of R&B, soul, funk, and sludge pop.
