Steps for Tray Molding for Custom Fit: 1. Immerse tray in 80–100 degree (F) water for about 15 seconds to make mouthguard soft. (If tray does not soften you may need to increase temperature of water) 2. Once soft, remove the tray from the water and place on your teeth (upper and lower arch) and bite down firmly 3. While maintaining a firm bite, use your fingers to press the tray tightly against your teeth for 10 seconds 4. Remove tray and place in cold water for 20 seconds to set 5. If your tray does not sit comfortably over your teeth, you can repeat steps 1–4 until it is suitable 6. To maintain your tray, rinse with cool water
