The fully functional professional carriage system utilizes four high resin pulleys on each side with patented nylon bushing technology and eight sealed ball bearings for smooth, continuous movement during your cable workout. The top and bottom pulleys swivel smoothly with more than 180-degrees of motion for frictionless training in all directions. This cable cross machine accepts both Olympic and standard plates (each sold separately) and comes with two cable handles and one ankle strap. When assembled, the Powerline Cable Crossover Machine measures 112 by 39 by 82 inches (L x W x H) and weighs 133 pounds. It is backed by the Powerline 10-Year In-Home , which covers the frame for 10 years and all other parts for one year. Add the Lat Pull-Up/Chin-Up Station (GCA2) to add even more versatility (sold separately).
