This helps save energy, reduce electrode wear, and extend the plasma cutter machine’s lifespan. It also features a dedicated rust removal mode, making it easy to clean oxidized or dirty surfaces before painting or restoration
- Air Sensor Technology: This plasma cutter has a built-in air sensor that shows real-time pressure on the front panel, making it easy for users to monitor performance. This plasma cutting machine also includes a rear-mounted air filter and a 1/4" NPT quick-connect fitting for fast and stable hose connection. The recommended air compressor should operate at a pressure of 60 PSI and a flow rate of 250 L/min. Note: Air compressor required (not included)
- Large LED Display: The HYC550P Plasma cutter features a newly upgraded LED digital display that centrally shows key parameters such as voltage, current, and air pressure in real time. When the plasma cutting equipment encounters an issue, the screen displays clear error codes, allowing users to quickly identify and resolve the problem
- PA/PT/2T/4TFunction: PA mode adjusts pilot arc time to prevent interruptions. HYC550P plasma cutters also feature a mesh cutting mode to prevent arc interruption when cutting mesh materials. Post-Time (3-15 s) controls torch cooling, extending consumable life. 2T mode requires pressing and releasing to control, while 4T mode allows for continuous cutting without hand fatigue
