【DESIGNED FOR HOME GYM】The machine includes a large footboard on the base, making it perfect for seated cable rows. It also comes with detachable sleeves compatible with 1” and 2” weights. The special four buckle strap handles allow for easy length adjustments. Additionally, this equipment includes three extra attachments: a lat bar, a cable bar, and a tricep rope.
【FREE TRAINING POSITIONS】Equipped with dual adjustable pulleys that offer 20 different positions, this cable machine allows for both unilateral and bilateral training. Each position targets different muscle groups and exercises. The rotating pulley bracket design expands your training range.
