The Inhab EV Load Manager is a UL Certified, flexible load management system designed for both retrofit or new construction applications. LM1160 monitors the home’s total energy being used and allows an EV Charger or other large load to draw power only when there is capacity to do so. It prevents the system from getting overloaded by automatically disconnecting power to this designated load when needed. As homes become more electrified, there is an increased risk of reaching the maximum electrical capacity in homes. The Inhab Load Manager is the needed solution to your challenges with potential system overload. It is compatible with any brand load center (100A-225A), for use with any brand residential EV charger or other type of load that requires a 2-pole circuit breaker up to 60A. The Inhab Load Manager facilitates a connection to a branch breaker within the electrical panel, all without impacting the load calculation. This offers a cost-effective solution for homeowners, resulting in substantial savings on electrical upgrades, installation expenses, and materials.
