Answer: 1）Check if you installed the button maker mold correctly, the below mold should be installed by the right direction, the all-plastic mold should be at the left side of handle, and the plastic mold with metal around inside should be at the right side; 2）Check if the screws of machine and button maker mold are tightened, if not, use the allen wrench to tighten them; Q2: Missing the plastic films or other button parts? Answer: Please feel free to tell me, I will send you the missing parts or resend you a new kit for replacement. Q3: The plastic can not wrap around the button? Answer: 1) Check if you used over 1pc paper or plastic film; and check if the paper is too thick? the paper should be controled within 115-135g, and the plastic film should be about 0.05mm thick; 2) The pin should be misaligned with the hole at the first press, and the pin should be aligned with the hole at the second press; Q4: Does it compatiable with the metal badges? Answer: Yes, it could be used to make metal badges, but you must add a gasket on the mold before the second press while making larger than 37mm metal buttons (right side mold of the handle). The gasket is not included in this kit, since all of our button back are plastic. Q5: The large size paper cutter cuts the circles too big you have to manually trim them down for them to fit? Answer: The cutting size of circle cutter could be adjusted as demand. And the correct cutting sizes are as follows: 35mm circle paper for 25mm badge, 44mm circle paper for 32mm badge, 54mm for 44mm badge, 70mm for 58mm badge, 85mm for 75mm badge.
