Connect the Bluetooth earhooks to the earphone, put the earphone into the mouth of the ear canal, push it gently, and push it straight in the earphones. Try the following steps if you fail getting connection between the two ear hooks, or between ear hooks and a device.1. Clear the pairing record between the earbuds and all your devices.2. Turn on the bluetooth on one device, pair it again with the KZ AZ09-Pro listed option. Both ear hooks indicators should be now slow flashing blue almost at the same time.8. Remove them from the case, place them on your ears, play some music or video,sound should be coming from both ear hooks.
