This system features a replaceable EPS liner, multi-impact EPP outer liner with damping towers, and energy management disks that work together to reduce angular acceleration during crashes.
DURABLE TRI-COMPOSITE SHELL: Built with a proprietary blend of aerospace carbon fiber, composite fiberglass, and Aramid, the tri-composite shell offers superior impact resistance and strength. Lightweight at approximately ±1280 grams (M/L), the shell enhances comfort and stability while meeting the demands of aggressive off-road youth riding.
AIR-GAP VENTILATION SYSTEM: Designed for maximum airflow, the Air-Gap system includes 9 intake and 6 exhaust ports that regulate internal temperature. This advanced ventilation layout keeps riders cool and dry by actively managing heat and moisture, promoting comfort and focus during long or intense rides.
YOUTH-SPECIFIC COMFORT AND SAFETY FEATURES: Features a removable and washable Dri-Lex comfort liner and emergency-release cheek pads for clean and secure comfort.
