This small clear plastic part is the waterproof cover or "boot" that fits down snug over the reset button, effectively sealing the breaker's button from moisture that could damage your breaker, and possibly your scooter as a result. This boot cover has a cover diameter of 7/16" and a base diameter of 11/16". The inner threads measure 3-1/3 mm to allow for quick and easy installation.
