Perfect to use while you sit in a chair, on the couch or on the floor and have the cat near or while standing and walking while it drags behind you.They can range from the average length listed by plus/minus 10 inches. Remember, these are averages. Deer and Buffalo hides are not perfectly rectangular, which is why the lengths vary. Differences between Buffalo and Deer Fling Strings: Buffalo stronger and firmer, not as stretchy and a little thicker than the Deer.Deer softer, a bit stretchy, a little deeper and slightly shorter.WARNING: Never fling/whip the toy at your cat, it may hurt him.
