The Trigger Point STK Fusion Recovery System Handheld Massage Stick and Stands combine a handheld massage stick and hands-free stands into a fully customizable massage recovery system. Use as a handheld massage stick for targeted muscle compression, or place in the stands to use the pressure of bodyweight to get deeper into muscle tissue. Equipment set includes massage stick, two detachable handles, seven independent spinning and reconfigurable roller components, as well as two stands. The grey spacer component targets small and sore tendons such as the Achilles and Patellar, and leaves room for the spine when rolling the back. The green massage balls pinpoint and release tender spots reducing the chance of injury. And the blue CHARGE rollers squeeze and stretch muscles to enhance blood circulation. Stands elevate the muscle roller stick 4.5 inches off the ground. In combination, the system encourages blood flow through all parts of the muscle to speed up tissue repair. Ideal for both the upper body (biceps, triceps, last) and lower body (calf, hamstring, quadriceps, hips, back).
