- NO PINCH AND GAP: No more pinching back pain from spaces between the seat and backrest. This sit-up bench has a 7-level adjustable backrest from -15° to +85° degree angles, and the seat has 3-angle adjustments from 0°, 8°, and 15° degrees.
- LEG HOLD-DOWN: Features detachable leg lock-down with 4 foam rollers that are 4” in diameter to support sit-ups and decline bench presses. Our gym benches are compatible with our squat racks and power cages.
