Salming Adder Court Shoes The brand new Salming Adder is greatly inspired by the success Salming Viper in many aspects. Salming Adder provides the lowest profile (height from ground surface to your foot sole) of all Salming indoor shoes. This enables a great feel for the ground and great stability characteristics. Upper - Mesh upper/Exo-skeleton Ensuring a brilliant comfort and proper feet stability, the Salming Adder court shoes are manufactured to compliment players with dynamic playstyle allowing for enhanced performance due to lower weight at 336g and 8mm heel to toe drop. The pair includes a resilient, breathable mesh upper which allows air to permeate the interior footbed, keeping the feet cool and comfortable while offering a flexible fit that conforms to the foot with a responsive feel. Working in unison, exo skeleton design stabilizes the foot for lateral movements and reduces pressure at the MTP joints (Metatarsophalangeal joints). It is important to keep the foot stable medio-lateral, avoiding friction and side forces in the soft parts of the foot sole, especially underneath the forefoot. Midsole - Cushioning foam/Lateral Movement Stabilizer The midsole features a lightweight EVA compound designed to create a nice feel for the court. It is light and responds to the surface from the very first step. Spreading across the full compound it actively reduces forces pressed upon the underfoot, allowing for a smooth stride through transition. Featuring alongside the midsole cushioning, Heel cushioning foam - C35, positioned at the heel centre, gives you 70% better shock absorption than a regular EVA midsole compound. Lateral Movement Stabilizer is an especially designed light-weight integrated dual torsion unit that supports the foot during fast and irregular lateral movements.
