The Sea Star Pro sport tilt HH6190-3 2. 0 Hydraulic helm delivers uncompromising steering control for the performance boater and provides the ultimate in tilt steering technology for high-speed single engine outboards. the HH6190-3 meets ABYC and NMMA Certification standards and is designed and manufactured in North America. this helm is suited for all those critical high speed Outboard powered boat applications like bass, flats, Combo race and ski, and other performance boats capable of speeds in excess of 60 mph. upgrade options to consider: stainless steel bulkhead Hose fittings Sea Star power assisted steering Sea Star products are backed by a two-year recreational user against manufacturing defects. Sea Star Hydraulic helms are tested and certified using only Sea Star Hydraulic fluid and Sea Star Hydraulic hoses. Use of non-certified products to install Sea Star products may VOID and could cause loss of steering control.
