Brightwell Aquatics Macrōvore is a premium suspension of marine crustacean roe designed to meet the specialized feeding needs of reef aquarium livestock. Sourced from North American marine species, this natural food is enriched with essential amino acids, omega-3-rich marine oils, and vitamins that support immune system function and color enhancement. The particle size range (~0.7–1.2 mm) is ideal for feeding anemones, LPS corals, gorgonians, and both solitary and colonial polyps—especially at night when their feeding tentacles are fully extended. Macrōvore is also readily accepted by planktivorous fish and other species with fine or specialized feeding behaviors, such as seahorses. Unlike typical dry foods, Macrōvore mirrors the nutritional profile of natural zooplankton and organic matter consumed on the reef. Its rich formula delivers more nutrition per dose, supporting better growth and helping reduce the frequency and quantity of feeding required—thus maintaining better water quality in the aquarium.
