The flow control measures with flex spout is designed for one-hand operation. The thumb operated valve controls flow and notch locks valve open. The 14 inches flexible spout with tapered tip swings into the necessary angle for hard-to-reach spots. It has heavy-duty construction with durable, rust-resistant epoxy finish has a rolled edge top helps prevent spilling, a large refill opening with hinged dust cover, an easy grip handle, a recessed bottom which drains fully and guards against puncture, a stable base which helps avoid spillovers, and has imperial and metric calibrated fill-line measures.
