ALLr Initially, Fiori di Capri walks the line between fresh and indolic. Mandarin suffuses orange blossom with a luminous energy, making orange blossom simultaneously sing sweetly and smolder seductively. Tuberose storms in on orange blossoms tail, ushering in a more unabashedly rich, sensual floral profile. This opulent character is enhanced by honeyed gardenia, the satin contours of Turkish rose, and tropical Commoran ylang ylang. rr Cyclamen strikes a more demure pose, injecting his heady scent with a momentary air of innocence. Carnation enhances this bouquet with its powdered spice, and ushers in an arrangement of heart notes that are even more classically beautiful than the top of Fiori di Capri. rr Nutmeg heats white honey until this highly fragrant fluid overflows and ensconces Florentine iris, a note of profound, almost savory depth and buttery dimension.
