The OEMTOOLS 25184 A/C Disconnect Set separates spring lock air conditioning refrigerant pressure lines in automotive systems. Each disconnect tool is spring-loaded in the closed position to deflect any spray that occurs when the line is disconnected. The 4 tools included come in 3/4 inch, 3/8 inch, 1/2 inch and 5/8 inch sizes, so they can handle any coupling that comes your way. These tools are also exceedingly easy to use. Simply fit tool to coupling so tool can enter cage to release garter spring. Then you push the tool into the cage opening to release female fitting from garter spring. Pull male and female coupling fittings apart, then just remove the tool from the disconnected spring and lock coupling. You can use this versatile disconnect set to separate fittings on air conditioning lines, fuel lines, fuel filters, and fuel tank return lines.
