This is a complete tremolo unit that includes all hardware as pictured. Spacing of the six mounting screws is 2-7/32". String spacing is 2-7/32" (vintage). Callaham's Pop-In "64" length arm (5.25" - based on a 1964 Strat) is included.
Block is 1018 cold-rolled steel like vintage originals, contributes to the sustain and harmonic content that made those guitars legendary. Precision-machined top surface is free of paint to ensure solid contact with the top plate, for optimal tone.
Block comes with precision-reamed Delrin insert in the arm hole (Callaham's Enhanced Vintage design), which allows the tremolo arm to fit snugly and be free of play, giving you the best tremolo feel available!
Saddles are designed from original pre-CBS saddles with several improvements: longer slots reduce string breakage, prevent strings from binding and allows saddles to make more solid contact with the top plate; hardened saddles increase sustain.
