Using this USB cable, you can upgrade the EXOS2 TO EQ manual controller firmware to version 2.3 and work in conjunction with the new ASCOM compatible Bresser driver to control the mount using Windows navigation software via ASCOM. The USB interface cable is used with the Bresser Goto control system for equatorial mounts, which is supplied as standard equipment for the BRESSER and Explore Scientific exos-2 mounts.
