RUBI makes several versions available to the professional, ranging from a scoring wheels kit, to the simple pair of must haves for scoring wheels kit. The scoring kit is presented in a practical plastic case, with a transparent lid, and capacity for 5 RUBI scoring wheels (all with 10 mm diameter gauge). This is a kit that allows the user to save and protect their scoring wheels, as well as transport them with maximum security, avoiding blows and their loss. The RUBI scoring wheels sets come in several options, all of them covering the models with the highest sales and use in the markets. All models of scoring wheels included, both in the kit and in the scoring kits are from the SILVER range. SILVER RUBI wheels and rollers are made of sintered tungsten carbide. Each roller is rectified in a unitary way so that each diameter has an incision angle according to its function and use. Each roller diameter offers different results and performances, depending on the type of ceramic material, and they have been designed, mainly, to work with ceramic materials that have enameled or natural surfaces with smooth and / or slightly rough finishes. For the correct operation of SILVER wheels and rollers, the scratching must always be continuous and homogeneous, without excessive pressure or unnecessary passes. SILVER RUBI wheels and rollers are suitable for scratching and subsequent separation of ceramic tiles of any type: tile (BIII), enameled stoneware (BIb - BIIa), rustic or extruded stoneware (AIb - AII) and of course porcelain stoneware (BIa), with cutting difficulties between low and medium. The triple ribbed handle of the RUBI scoring wheels is an exclusive and patented design.
