Sanniti lemons are preserved so they have a longer shelf life. This allows you to store them in your pantry for use at a later date. Don't worry about the browning of fresh fruit when you have Sanniti Preserved Lemons.
Ingredients: Lemons (Beldi), water, salt, citric acid, ascorbic acid. (contains sulphites)
Uses: Both the flesh and the rind of Sanniti Preserved Lemons are usable in cooking, baking, dressings, and sauces.
Tagine: Tagine, a stew of Morocco, can be made with meat or vegetables or both. Lamb and chicken tagines are the most common. Lemon juice and lemon zest are usually ingredients in these hearty, savory stews, because they add brightness to the dish.
