When the battery is installed, the product is ON and will be activated by pressing down the activation switch and it will turn OFF when the button is released. PLEASE NOTE AGAIN: THERE IS NO ON/OFF SWITCH. ONE BUTTON ACTIVATION so you can react as quickly as possible.
- TROUBLESHOOTING: If the product doesn't activate when you press the activation button please try the following steps: 1. New units may need to be primed. Please press and release the activation trigger several times rapidly until the unit activates. 2. Please try a new 9v battery. Very rarely, the 9v battery that is included needs to be replaced with a new, fresh battery. 3. Please don't hesitate to CONTACT US DIRECTLY if you have any questions or concerns.
