The Polar Life Pod facilitates the rapid Set-up and Immersion of Individuals requiring quick immersion in ice water. Comes with a convenient gym bag. Just add ice water.
LOW IMPACT ground level individual entry and exit exactly when & where needed. No need to transport and lift a possibly injured person to a remote tank and then into that tank. Fit’s individuals up to seven feet tall and 400 pounds. Fold the foot of the Polar Life Pod under to adjust to the height of smaller individuals.
Floating head support fits snugly inside the hood and, along with close monitoring, helps keep the individuals head above water while still having the neck and back of the head immersed along with the body.
Unlike large, cumbersome tubs, the Polar Life Pod can be easily stored, rapidly set up and quickly implemented. Requires four (4) to eight (8) 10-gallon ice water containers depending on the size of the individual. These containers can be prepared ahead of time and will stay cold and ready all day.
