30cm/12" Wok manufactured from Professional Heavy Gauge 1.8mm Carbon Steel which is the ideal material for Woks as it can withstand very high temperatures and ensures quick and even heat distrubution. Made with a flat base for better stability on modern hobs and supplied with a stay-cool phenolic handle attached. It is safe to use metal utensils in this wok, which comes with a food-safe lacquer finish and full seasoning instructions. It is suitable for use on all hobs including Gas Glass/Ceramic Halogen/Ceramic Induction Solid Plate/Fuel and Hot Plate, you should always start with a medium heat (NB with Induction hobs do not use high power settings or the booster function, but gradually increase the heat as the temperature rises very quickly).
