Wireless is preferred for all IDS functions including module reprogramming. USB wired connection is only used to update the code loaded by the VCM 3 and set up the VCM 3 VCM III as a (Customer Flight Recorder) CFR. 💗 The VCM3 scan tool can perform diagnostics, scanning, airbag, ECU programming, and PCM programming through the OBD2 port. 💗 Diesel scan tool Features: It provides full dealer-grade 16-pin OBD-II diagnostic and reprogramming capabilities.
