- Convenient Auto-Hold Function: The auto-hold function locks the measurement data, making it convenient to view and easy to record. After measurement, if the GFCI outlet tester is removed, the “HOLD” indicator flashes on the screen, locking the data for about 10 seconds. To release it quickly, reinsert the device or briefly press the power button. This helps inspect outlets in hard-to-see areas and assists those with poor eyesight, avoiding the need to get close to read values
